With experience on both the agency and client side, Watts is uniquely suited to streamline the process of delivering measurable results through multi-faceted event and corporate marketing ideas, corporate partnerships and face–to-face consumer promotional sampling campaigns.
Watts Marketing has experience in a wide variety of industries, but is particularly passionate for the world of cycling. This expertise in producing cycling events extends back to when as a recent college graduate of the University of Texas-Austin with a degree in Advertising, a young Brook Watts produced the 1978 U.S. National Cyclocross Championship in Austin, Texas. Since these early days. Watts has worked on more than 100 cycling races in 30 states and foreign countries. Today, Watts Marketing is the owner and organizer of the highly successful annual CrossVegas cyclocross race, the largest cyclocross race outside of Europe. CrossVegas has been named "Top 50 Events to Watch in 2010" by Sports Events Magazine.
Watts was elected in 2011 to the Cyclocross Management Committee of USA Cycling and in 2014 to the Board of Directors of USA Cycling. Professional memberships include AIOCC, the association of international cyclocross organizers and NASC, the National Association of Sports Commissions.
